4at Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions for using the 4at platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the 4at platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the platform or any services provided by 4at.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 4at platform ("Platform"). The Platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The 4at platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are legally eligible within their jurisdiction to participate in online gambling activities. Users who register are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their location.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the 4at platform.
- The platform reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, including cases where your password has been shared with another party.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact 4at customer support immediately.
- The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain their account security.
Users agree not to use the 4at platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other means to manipulate game outcomes or transactions.
- Identity fraud, hacking into another person's account, or any form of financial fraud.
- Using the platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unauthorised gain.
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system through methods not permitted under the bonus terms.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 4at platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The Platform supports approved payment methods including FPX and local e-wallets listed under the payments section of your account.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the payment provider. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and are subject to change at any time.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, subject to successful account identity verification. Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the 4at account. The platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if fraud or a breach of terms is suspected.
Bonuses & Promotions: All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. The platform reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if the bonus terms are found to have been breached. Bonus values are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Closure
4at platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, system failures, or service unavailability. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The platform's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
4at reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice if:
- A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.
- Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected.
- Users who provide false information during registration or verification.
- Users who engage in bonus abuse or game manipulation.
- An instruction has been received from a relevant authority.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the 4at platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of the platform or its content licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links: The 4at platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and 4at is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms: The platform reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through procedures established by the platform. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
